We had a wonderful time under the leadership of emcee Dr. Karen Jacobs.  We also collected gifts for 27 children identified through Brookline Center for Community Mental Health.  We are very grateful to all our wonderful members!  Happy Holidays to all!
Though we recognize that for many members it is still difficult to gather in-doors, others are eager to connect in person and share the joy and fun of the holiday season.  We are therefore welcoming those who can to our annual Holiday Yankee Swap and Gift Giving on 12/1/22 at 6:30PM at the VFW Post on Washington St.  We hope that members who are participating in Brookline's First Light will join us after for a light hot meal and some fun to end the evening.  Families are welcome but please register everyone on the website so we have enough food.

We encourage you to bring two gifts for the event:
    1. A wrapped gender neutral item for each member of your family present (this applies to partners but not kids. The club will have a gift for the kids that are registered) for the Yankee Swap.  Rules will be explained by our Yankee Swap Marshall at the event.  No more than $20 please.  Remember silly is good.
    2. Brookline Center for Community Mental Health has given us a list of 27 children with their wish lists for the holidays.  We have identified each child with a number and given the age and sex along with their wishes.  Some of the children have been very specific and some have not.  Some have asked for several items on their wish list and you may want to only purchase one item or you may want to join forces with another member and buy it all.  Please do whatever is comfortable for you. These gifts should not be wrapped but please tag them with the ID number of the child.   Click here to sign up for the gift giving
